Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing an audit report from Audit3PL. By uploading an invoice or completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description & Digital Deliverables

Audit3PL provides automated, deterministic warehouse invoice audit software. Our platform cross-checks fulfillment invoices against rate schedules, warehouse master service agreements (MSAs), and carrier dimensional weight (DIM) equations.

Upon payment, customers receive two deliverables:

Itemized Forensic Excel Ledger (.xlsx): Unmasked line items containing native spreadsheet formulas (=E-F) proving billing variances.
Pre-Drafted Dispute Claim Letter: A customized credit memo demand notice citing specific warehouse contract terms and invoice identifiers for direct submission to 3PL account management.

2. Pricing & One-Time Payment Model

Audit3PL operates strictly on a transparent one-time fee of $29.00 USD per invoice file.

There are zero recurring subscriptions, zero automatic rebilling, and no recurring monthly commitments. Each purchase provides immediate, permanent access to download the unlocked report and dispute letter for the specific analyzed invoice during the active retention window.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order processing, payment collection, sales tax compliance, and currency settlement are conducted by our Merchant of Record partner:

Lemon Squeezy is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all transactions. By submitting an order, you also agree to the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms and Conditions.

Statement Descriptor: Charges will appear on your card or bank statement as LEMSQZY* AUDIT3PL or LEMSQZY*.

4. Instant Digital Delivery Performance

In accordance with standard digital content regulations and the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms, the digital audit package is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation via automated browser download and on-screen presentation. Zero physical shipping is required.

5. 100% Actionable Findings Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We stand unconditionally behind our verification engine. If an unlocked audit report produces zero valid billing discrepancies or if your 3PL warehouse disproves the detected overcharges based on contract terms, we provide a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Algorithmic Discrepancy Detection Disclaimer

Audit3PL performs deterministic line extension recalculations and rule-based validation against warehouse rate cards and carrier dimensional weight divisors. Generated reports and dispute letters do not constitute formal legal, financial, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified advice.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing all findings and contract terms before submitting credit claims to their warehouse account managers.

7. Data Privacy & Zero Retention Principle

Customer invoice data, recipient addresses, and order references are subject to our strict 24-hour auto-purge policy. All customer files and generated outputs are permanently destroyed after 24 hours. Data is never used for AI model training or sold to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
